Router Problem

If you are having a problem with your router do the following:-

  1. Power-cycle your router.
  2. Check that the router connection lights are green – if lights are red please contact your internet service provider.
  3. Check network connection to router by using CMD in the Windows Search box and then ping 192.168.16.1 and see if the router responds.
  4. Swap out for a spare router if one exists or have spare delivered by service provider – router will need to be configured as 192.168.16.1 and have DHCP enabled.
