If you are having a problem with your router do the following:-
- Power-cycle your router.
- Check that the router connection lights are green – if lights are red please contact your internet service provider.
- Check network connection to router by using CMD in the Windows Search box and then ping 192.168.16.1 and see if the router responds.
- Swap out for a spare router if one exists or have spare delivered by service provider – router will need to be configured as 192.168.16.1 and have DHCP enabled.
